Commissioners & Staff Commissioners The Tri-City Regional Port District is directed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners. Each of the three communities (Granite City, Madison and Venice) have one seat on the Board. This seat is filled by the mayor of each community or their appointee. The remaining four commissioners are appointed by the governor of Illinois. Terms are four years. Current Commissioners are: The Honorable Ed Hagnauer, Mayor of Granite City – Chairman of the Board Staff The staff of the Tri-City Regional Port District is a multi-talented, diverse group responsible for all operations of the Port’s property, including sales and leasing, building and property maintenance, planning and engineering, and security.
